These sites include North Tyneside Council Offices (Cobalt East and Cobalt West), Wansbeck General Hospital, Stanley Primary Care Centre, and Lanchester Road Hospital. The scope of works spans a wide range of critical mechanical services, supporting both public sector and healthcare environments.
