HLA Services delivered a comprehensive package of electrical installation works for LNER at St James’ Gate, supporting the refurbishment and enhancement of modern office, breakout, and collaborative spaces.
The project required a coordinated approach to integrate lighting, power, data, and building systems, ensuring a high-quality working environment tailored to the client’s operational needs.
Key Works Delivered
Lighting and emergency lighting upgrades – Alterations, modifications, and full rewiring of existing lighting systems, including the design, supply, and installation of bespoke lighting solutions for social hubs, breakout areas, and office spaces
Power and data infrastructure – Installation of new power supplies and structured data cabling to desk pods, along with integrated Wi-Fi access points to support a flexible and connected workplace
Access control systems – Supply and installation of a modern access control and intercom system to enhance security and controlled entry throughout the facility
HVAC electrical integration – Electrical supplies and controls installed to support HVAC systems, including air conditioning plant located on the rooftop plant deck
