Project Brief: Review of kitchen equipment to improve operations and efficiency 

Actions: After reviewing their kitchen operations, Hebburn Comprehensive approached HLA Services to spec new equipment to replace existing ageing ovens. It was identified that two new Smeg ovens would be best to fulfil the brief. 

Following the installation of the new ovens Hebburn Comprehensive has seen a major improvement in the efficiency of the kitchen, not just in energy use but improvement in speed and general kitchen operations.
