Client: Caterpillar UK – Since 2016

Project Brief: To provide onsite permanent facilities services to assist the Caterpillar maintenance teams with heating and plumbing services.

Actions: Team of two to general maintenance engineers to operate permanently from a site based office. The team were responsible for the day to day operations and ongoing maintenance ensuring the continued performance and compliance of over 500 critical heating and gas-fired assets across 12 locations.
