Project Overview

HLA Services delivered a complete turnkey heating and cooling refurbishment project at Enspec Washington, transforming the facility’s climate control infrastructure from traditional gas heating to an efficient heat recovery split system solution.

Key Works Completed

• Complete removal of existing Gas Reznor heating systems – Full strip-out of obsolete gas heating equipment including isolation, purging, and complete removal of all pipework
• Installation of new Daikin high static ducted units with heat recovery – Advanced heat/cool split system providing year-round climate control
• In-house fabrication excellence – All ductwork pieces manufactured at our dedicated Seaham fabrication facility ensuring quality and precision
• Electrical upgrades by HLA electricians – New power supplies installed to support the new heating system
• Roof repair work by mechanical duct fitters – Roof reinforced with soaker sheets where existing flue penetrations were located
