HLA is pleased to announce the most successful year of its 12 year history. During 2014 business has grown over 10% and in order to accommodate new contracts, staff recruitment has increased by 10%.

From its beginning in a small unit in Sunderland turnover has grown steadily year on year and in 2010 HLA moved to larger purpose built premises in Boldon. Continuing the growth a fabrication shop was opened in Washington in 2012. The geographical sales area was expanded with the opening of a satellite office in Middlesbrough and in 2014 the fabrication shop was moved to Seaham to better match customers needs.

HLA specialise in Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, Heating, Ventilation, Catering Equipment Repairs and Facilities Management Services to the North East and Teesside for a customer base including Hotels, Pubs, Restaurants, Schools, Colleges, Universities and Local Authorities.

In a further expansion of service provision HLA has become an approved UK distributor Plymovent, Euromate, and suppliers of Camfill products.
