You were friendly and easily approachable throughout. I did set you quite a challenge given the previous plumbing and electrics in place. You coped with this very well and liaised with me throughout the process. The new machine is working very well and the difference in the glasses is remarkable. They shine like new! Great care was taken not to interfere too much with the daily running of our business and the work was completed in a clean and tidy fashion.

I would recommend you to anyone who wants a really good reliable machine. The executive of the club are so please they have asked me to order another machine for our function suite.
