I just wanted to pass on my appreciation of the excellent service regarding the installation of the two new Rational ovens at Procter & Gamble NIC site.

I have worked with  Tom from HLA on numerous occasions and have always found you to be exemplary from start to finish.

Great communication and very thorough when doing site surveys for quotations, nothing seems too much and if we change the scope you are brilliant at adapting your service to accommodate.

I would definitely  HLA to any P&G sites needing new catering equipment in the future.
