Project Brief: To provide hot water and plumbing to new toilet areas on the fifth and sixth floors within the Herschel Building Paediatric Oncology Department.
Actions: Domestic hot water was provided by a new gas fired water heater, mounted in the roof top plant room, feeding new toilet areas on both floors. Above ground drainage and medical gas was also installed as part of the contract.
